Lady Gaga: Golden Globes 2019 nominee turns heads with blue dress and matching blue hair
Lady Gaga is never one to disappoint on the red carpet - making several show-stopping appearances over the years.
Tonight’s appearance at the Golden Globes 2019 was no different, with the 32-year-old singer and actress arriving in an incredible gown complete with massive train.
The Star Is Born actress, who is nominated for a gong at tonight’s ceremony for her portrayal of singer-songwriter Ally Campana in the film which was produced by co-star Bradley Cooper, commanded attention as she made her way along the star-studded red carpet at the glitzy event.
Choosing a strapless blue number, which hugged her curves and then fell to the floor in a pool of fabric, Lady Gaga turned heads with her blue hair which perfectly matched her frock.
The pretty star, who wore complimentary silver eyeshadow and a natural coloured lipstick, completed her outfit with a stunning diamond necklace, bracelet and co-ordinating earrings.
Puffball sleeves, worn on the lower half of her arms, added some drama to her outfit.
Lady Gaga, who is currently performing at the MGM Park Theatre in Las Vegas during a year-long residency, is hoping to have a night to remember by kicking off the award season in spectacular style.
Her 2018 film is up for an impressive five awards including a nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture (drama).
The American actress is nominated alongside Glenn Close (The Wife), Nicole Kidman (Destroyer), Melissa McCarthy (Can You Ever Forgive Me?) and Rosamund Pike (A Private War).
The title track from A Star Is Born called Shallow, co-written by Lady Gaga and Mark Ronson, scooped the award for Best original song in a motion picture on the night.
