Gautham in Dulquer's romantic entertainer
Desingh Periyasamy, who is directing the film, tells us, “Yes, Gautham Menon is playing an extremely important role. I’d been texting sir for about a year and a half; I really wanted to cast him because I felt he’d be apt for the role. At one point, I’d given up hope. But one day, he sent me a text, asking me to meet him. Our meeting lasted for a little over 15 minutes, and we spoke about a lot of things, except the story. However, towards the end, he said he will do the film.”
Desingh reveals that Gautham’s character will appear throughout the film. “Super-a pannirukkaru. His screen presence is a big add-on for the film,” he says.
The film, which also stars Ritu Varma, is in its post-production stage. “We’re done with editing and dubbing for the portions we’ve already shot. There’s just a day of shoot left, which will done in Chennai,” Desingh informs us.
